No student should have to be without a lunch if they forget to pack it or they forget their money. The forgotten lunch program prevents students from being without lunch. Anne Arundel County will pay for the first 5 days that the student forgets the lunch. After, those 5 days students will not get a hot lunch. The Woodside PTA will pay for students to have a lunch after the 5th day. We are able to do this because once parents have paid AACPS back for the first 5 days, we ask that they pay the PTA back so we are able to continue to pay for all students to benefit from this program.
